Kimi K3.1 Pro launches with open weights promised by November

Kimi_Moonshot introduced Kimi K3.1 Pro and its Highspeed variant across Kimi's services and API, promising open weights by Nov 4, 2026. The account described a multimodal model with 2.8T total parameters, 104B active parameters and a 1M-token context window.

ArtificialAnlys placed the model fourth on its Intelligence Index with a score of 55, up 11 points from Kimi K3. It reported a Terminal-Bench 4.0 score of 67% and said the weights were not yet published.
