DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 leads publicly available models in cyber index

ArtificialAnlys reported that DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 scored 57% on its Cyber Index, the highest result among publicly available models. It placed behind the restricted-access GPT-6 Sol Daybreak Blue configuration, which scored 69%, and recorded a cost of $0.42 per task.

ArtificialAnlys said DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 encountered no safety refusals in the evaluation. Separately, abliteration_ai announced an adapted version of the model with vision, 1M context and a stated policy of no input or output retention or training.
